What is the going rate for 4 inch crude oil pipeline per rod? Any help would be much appreciated.
University of Texas guidelines start at $350/rod for a 4 inch line.

Lawrence, The University of Texas Lands Rate & Damage Schedule states minimum $44 per rod for a pipeline less than 6 inches for a company which is not an oil and gas lessee. With 10 year renewals of $24 per rod. Can you direct me to the source of your claim that a 4 inch line is $350 to start? Thanks
