Old pipeline with a pumping station. The original 1946 lease expired and was $25 annual based on 1946 pricing.... OK. So what is the renewal "worth"? I know most today would buy the land for the pump and annual lease? Not unheard of but not common.
Does anyone know of a lease of a pipeline easement say ¼ mile plus the pumping station would lease for on an annual basis? What seems reasonable to you?
