Pipeline per inch per foot

What is the current price per inch per foot for a pipeline to be run across someone’s properties?

Sir, it is called a rod! I believe it’s 9 feet. Good luck. Then it depends if it is on surface or underground. Good luck.

It’s an underground pipeline for natural gas.

Better to post this question in the state and county where your minerals are as local folks can answer. You can also look up the University pipeline leases in many states.

I did post it in the County where the pipeline is going in but can’t seem to get any answers as far as $.

Then definitely get an local pipeline attorney to help you out. They should know the range of the prices offered.

I know someone who got $300/rod for a water disposal pipeline. 30’ easement.

I’m working on that but it would be nice to see any actual numbers online for the state of West Virginia.

Shawn - because all surface is not created equal, damages will be different. Check with your local county assessor or commissioner and they can probably give you a ballpark.
