Better to post this question in the state and county where your minerals are as local folks can answer. You can also look up the University pipeline leases in many states.

I did post it in the county where the pipeline is going in but can’t seem to get any answers as far as $

I know someone who got $300/rod for a water disposal pipeline. 30’ easement.

Im working on that but it would be nice to see any actual numbers online for the state of West Virginia

Shawn- because all surface is not created equal, damages will be different. Check with you local county assessor or commissioner and they can probably give you a ballpark.
