Wondering if there’s a pipeline gathering system in section 6 Township 7, North Range eight W. in Grady County to gather gas from the best well 1–30 1–8 XHW

Do you mean for the Bess FIU 1-31-8XHW? If so, then yes, it is online and delivering gas.

Thanks for the info! I have mineral acres in section 6 Township seven N. range eight W. In Grady County I haven’t received any royalties as of yet wondering if we are going to receive royalties I was under the impression that we were part of the 42% split can you advise me?

I also was wondering if there was any new Wells permitted on this drilling unit where the best well it is I noticed that there are several logistical wellbore markings on the map. Just wondering how the well was producing good medium or poor

Continental Resources owns the well. You do not have to sign a Division Order in OK as that can give away some of your rights, but can use a “letter in lieu” and a W-9 instead. Use the magnifying glass search icon in the upper right to get a template.

At this time, there are no new additional wells, but they have aligned this first well where they can drill additional ones on either side.

At this time, only three months of production are reported, so the well is still cleaning up. It should be a about a 21 BCF well which is good for this part of Grady.
