Has anyone negotiated a pipeline easement in western Grady County with Lime Rock? They ran the pipeline across our land without an easement or any notice and now want to settle damages and purchase the right of way. What was the going rate per rod?

The typical price for pipeline easements in northern Grady has been $300 a rod but some got more. If they trespassed by already laying the pipeline, I think you can double or triple that number.
