Pipeline easement where I only own the mineral rights - Utah

I own the oil and mineral rights on 4100 acres in northern Utah, The State of Utah who owns the surface rights gave an easement to Ruby Pipeline which is under construction from Wyoming to Oregon. The line crosses the land where I own the oil and mineral rights. Do I have any say about the easement given?
