I am negotiating a couple of pipeline right of way agreements and want to know if anyone has any knowledge of the going rates. They are offering $225.00 per rod. Is that in line?
I have land about 1 mile north of Barstow. Our latest agreement is $400 per rod per line.
Since the price per rod changes based on line size, what size line is referenced in your post regarding $400 per rod?
2 - 12” poly water lines. $400 per rod, per line.
What company is that with? I am negotiating 2 20" w/30’ easement and would like to know what per rod I should be targeting.
