Greetings fellow members: I’m trying to obtain information regarding pipeline easement rates. I have 80 acres south of Pecos and have been contacted by Oxy for an easement for a single six inch pipeline. Any information on current rates being paid for aforementioned easements would be greatly appreciated. Also, what’s the most common use for a 6" line, ie., water, gas, etc? Thanks in advance for any and all help!
