Has anyone else in southern Dawson County received pipeline easement offers from LPC Crude Oil? What rates per rod are they offering, and how are negotiations going?
Yes on an existing pipeline that wasn’t being used any longer.

Taking over the existing pipeline. It’s an 18-inch pipeline that’s less than 5 years old.
Did they offer $675 a rod for that?
No, we have turned it over to our attorney to try and get the best deal.

Their offer is $400/rod for a new 12” crude line, no renewals.
