Pipeline Easement Inquiry for New Landowner

On my land I just purchased in Ward County, I have 7 pipelines and 4 producing wells running through my land. The pipelines and producing wells have been active for 15 years. I am a surface only landowner. It’s 10 acres. I would like to know if my land is eligible for future pipelines for an oil and gas company how will I know if the previous 7 pipelines will negatively impact more pipelines being added? Just curious. Thanks in advance.

There shouldnt be a physical pipeline added. It’s regulated at the/ea. pump head and they should be “tapping into” the closest existing pipeline.

At least “I THINK” that’s how gas lines are done.

I have quite a few gas leases in Shelby county which I regularly visit. I don’t see giant/wide utility easements popping up everywhere.

Regards

Thank you your insight. I am in the Delaware/Permian Basin and I’ve heard there is going to be considerable pipelines that will be added in the next few years in this region. I guess my particular land is already maxed out with pipelines.
