Is $300/rod the going rate for a pipeline easement in Grady County: OK.
What type of easement gathering or common carrier? What is the width? Will the easement impair your property? Lots of factors to consider. If there is no power of eminent domain your are in a better driver’s seat.

That is what I received for a 30’ ROW for 1 pipeline. There was no pushback on specifying one line.

While the pipe diameter may provide some information, the width of the easement would be more concerning.

Pipeline is 16” with 60’ construction easement and 30’ permanent easement and now they want a 30x30 easement for valve site for $5k, right in the middle of our land which is only used to run cattle but really didlike where they want to put it.
