Good evening, do you know anything about this company Pine Wave/ETX Land Acquisitions. This company is Offering on 25% royalties, I will be consulting with an attorney, just reaching out to this board if you can offer any assistance on this company.

The property is in San Augustine Texas.

Great company out of Fort Worth, have come across some of their people when they were at other E&P’s and they are top notch. They have quite a bit of experience operating that area as well. Good news for you!

I would be cautious about selling if a rig was onsite and drilling two horizontal wells. The Richie survey has Pine Wave Energy drilling two wells Olumpia Fields OS A 1HB & 2HB

Pine Wave just completed a horizontal well in Abstract 252. BPX FEE WEST 1HB

Wouldn’t you rather have the royalties from these new wells and any future infill wells?
