Received an offer from Pine Tree Energy to purchase mineral rights in Winkler County on the two sites we have mineral rights. Section 19, Block 27 is currently active and we are receiving regular payments. The other site is Section 37, Block 27 is not currently active. However is anyone aware of any new activity on this property??
Not sure about sec 19 but we have interest in 48 just south of you and have had several inquiries to buy or lease. At the same time 4 permits were just canceled over in sec 39?
