I own mineral rights in Pierce county. No drilling activity. It is part of the Formation below the Bakken. Is there a market for these rights?
There have been 44 wells in Pierce, all of them were dry holes, so plugged and abandoned. Most of them were targeting the Madison down to the PreCambrian. The deepest well went to 6966’ TVD. Doubt that there is a market for much here due to the past history. Pierce County is on the far east and very thin side of the Bakken.
