Can you tell me if the oil companies attorney still has to notify the mineral owners of any OCC hearing for spacing, date and time of the hearing? If so, how many days prior to the hearing does that notification need to be received? Thanks.

I just got my answer, thanks to Junior at OCC, he is great.
The attorney for the oil company does have to send written notes to the mineral owner of any spacing hearings.
