To members of this forum: As of last week, the links Clint listed will not load & the TX RRC website times out. I've tried a multiple computers, using Internet Explorer and Firefox browsers...still no luck. Is it just "user error" on my side, or is anyone else experiencing this same problem?

It's definitely not your computer. It's the RR Commission website down for maintenance. I wish they would put up a notice on their website when it is down for maintenance. Sometimes they do but most of the time they don't.
