I’m new to the forum and wondered if someone can tell me what “re-completion” means? No need for a detailed explanation…just curious. Thanks for your time.
Recompletion:
After the initial completion of a well, the action and techniques of reentering the well and redoing or repairing the original completion to restore the well’s productivity.
They sometimes pump acid down there to open things up if it’s calcium-based rock. Sort of like cleaning a shower head in vinegar.
