Has anyone sued Permian? If so, how long did it take and did they settle or go to court? We are in litigation at this time. Would appreciate any info

I am in the process. I’ve been working on Permian Resources starting in 2023 and again now, since March 2026 after I got an attorney opinion regarding violation of our lease for owner deductions in my royalties that not allowed.

Permian Resources is also facing major federal antitrust class-action lawsuits, consolidated price-fixing complaints, and environmental legal investigations.

our royalties have been cut way over 100%, due to them charging us for transportation etc. They will not talk to us and tell us not to come to the office because it is locked and we wouldn’t get in. This has been going on since they took over. We have filed suit and are in the litigation stage at the present.

I know from the past that many are having the same issues and seeking attorneys. Hope you get everything you are being cheated out of. Keep us updated.

I would like to sue in a class action case because I feel that my two brothers and I have been low-balled ever since Permian took over operating in January of 2025. Used to bring in $2,000 a month with Occidental; then in January it went down two of the months that year didn’t get any royalty. Then, a couple of checks: $145, one for $65, and one for $325. I believe that was the highest check that year. My 1099 had me at $ 4,000 the year before with Occidental at $20,000. It’s like I got paid for two months if you compare it to Occidental; I paid $7,000 for well maintenance and kept $4,000 last year. If anyone feels the same, let me know.
