The Cline Shale is in the lower strata of the Wolfcamp Formation in the Midland Basin of the Permian Basin. It is potentially comparable to the Eagle Ford Play in Texas and the Bakken Formation in North Dakota, Montana, and Canada. It's a liquids play (Oil & NGLs, mostly) and would be done several ways such as horizontal wells and vertical wells - of course, the horizontal wells likely would have much more potential production.
