Perdure Petroleum bought out Chaparral’s EOR interests in Osage and Kay County, and they seem to be a mystery company. They don’t answer the phone number provided by Chaparral, and since no royalty payment has been made on producing wells since Perdure took over early this year, I need to find out what the heck is going on. Shouldn’t Perdure be sending new division orders to royalty owners when they’ve taken ownership of wells? I’d like to confirm Chaparral faithfully transferred royalty interests to Perdure in the first place. It would be nice to know their intention with the North Burbank after all the EPA and earthquake concerns. Again, no one is there. Apparently, this Perdure Petroleum is based in Houston. Any input from you pros? Thank you.

This would take some looking into. If there is production and no payments they may be racking up lots of interest they will have to pay.
