Our family has recently come upon coal rights to about 100 aces of a 2000 + acre mine.
We are in the process of gathering heirs of all parties involved and the touchy subject is a single power of attorney for the entire family as opposed to individual contracts.
We as a family believe things would run allot smoother if the energy company involved deals with each individual. However, I think the energy company is suggesting a single power of attorney.
Any suggestions?
