OKAY, Martha,
I turned off the pop up blocker and I think I have it!! thanks.
Joyce, do you have the section, township, range?
The OCC website database doesn’t seem to come up. Is that where they want you to load their “viewer” or such? I tell it to download, but nothing comes up.
Payne county Section 9, township 17 N, Range 4E

ok, finally got help on phone. it is solved…thanks, all
Where can I find a forced pooling order that has been filed if I don’t have the order number?
Joyce, You can find the forced pooling order numbers on the OCC website. If you have downloaded the OCC website database, I will give you instructions on how to find the pooling order numbers for any OK legal descriptions.
Joyce, try this link http://imaging.occeweb.com/AP/Orders/occ5031572.pdf
Its the only pooling order I saw for that STR as the other was a dismissal.
Joyce, go to this link below and where is says case # type in 201304194
http://imaging.occeweb.com/imaging/OAP.aspx
This will give you all documentation filed. There was not another Pooling Order issued after this one but maybe you are referring to something else.
Joyce, They get very busy this time of day and put the answering machine on, but they usually answer earlier in the mornings.
Joyce, The OCC offers a great help line that will walk you through the process to access all their information. Call 405-521-2613 and ask for assistance downloading their database. Then, I can assist you will finding the info.
Has anyone had any luck getting an operator to pay interest on late royalty payments? Is there any penalty for an operator if they simply ignore a proper request for interest? Thanks.
Martha: Could you CD #201409200 Order No. 635694. I used the link you have below or I guess Tony does and it shows that a well is being drilled and that Nomac Drilling Rig 14 is standing by to drill another one. We had a hearing on 14-19N-01W Payne County and it was recommended for the Location Exception and Increased Density, but it was not suppose to take effect till the 3rd of March 2015 and May 4th, 2015…Any idea as to what is going on…
Anyone else who needs help getting payment for oil and gas leases from Monticello Investments (Brandt Vawter owner) - contact me.
Bob Paxton (bpaxton449@aol.com)
GWT, Oklahoma’s Oil and Gas Owner’s Lien Act of 2010 creates a oil and gas lien that exists until the sales price of the production is received by the royalty interest owner. However, I’m not aware of any recent OK case law that has determined the ‘Lien Act’ extends to the statutory interest on the royalty interest payments. Maybe some others on the forum know.
Could you check Martha, correction…LOL
Andrew Dunn the Admin Judge told me he OK’d them to drill, they just cannot produce till they show the interim order was followed then they can produce. AEP be allowed to commence drilling ops, complete and test the proposed well from the Woodford common source of supply at a location described above, prior to a final order issuing in the cause. The operator shall not produce the well without a final order. Emergency order in place and effect for ninety days, etc, etc, etc, thanks Martha
