Payne Co pipeline easements

I've been approached by a pipeline co for an easement. While I have no problem with it, what are some things I should watch out for/not give up? Are easements usually perpetual or renewed every 10/15 years? What kind of prices/rod in addition to restoration should I expect? DCP is the company. I will have an attorney review the contract but wanted more advice in case something isn't covered.

Go Fast, did you ever make a deal with DCP? I’m wondering what the going rate is?

yeah, I think they paid 175/rod & lawyer added a whole page of addendums. Only one pipe, double ditch, replant- (which they did a crappy job) & nothing above ground. But a friend in Noble county let Devon lay a line & they have holes you could lose a cow in that haven't been fixed.
