New member here. For the second time I did not receive royalty payment because of PPAs. We are paid 3 months behind production. They are saying I have a deficit. I don’t understand this. The first time this happened was the same time last year. How can I understand this better, or investigate further. Thanks in advance!
It happens all the time. Adjustments to the total deck of owners can cause an internal audit and then they have to make corrections. Ask them for a statement of the deficit with the wells listed.
