I overnighted my mineral rights deed to Firethorn Holdings on August 20, 2026. I have yet to be paid.

I assume this was for a sale? What did you sale agreement say about payment date? In the future, never hand over leases or deeds without getting paid the same day. It is possible that they are still running your title and have not finished.
There is no date for payment on the deed. The title is fine. This is the first time I have ever made a sale. I talked to the salesman and he told me also that I should have received payment first. Any other suggestions or can Firethorn Holdings continue to refuse to pay me?
Check the county courthouse for where the deeds are located to see if it was filed. Many are online. Check the overnight receipt to see if it was delivered and call the company that you sent it to.
