The latest activity I see in your neighborhood is an approved permit (389-35627) to the southeast of your minerals in Section 68 and ending in Section 1. Panther E & P was the original permit holder but the permit has been amended and the new owner is RKI E & P, LLC.
Two other older permits for wells (389-35976 and 977) beginning in Section 29 and ending in Section 28.
I agree with turning down $16,000 per acre. Some very good producing oil/gas wells in this area.
