Does anyone have or willing to share rates, percentages, terms offered or accepted in Township 142-Range 102?

I know that with Kjstrup #21474 the landmen are going to be coming my way this summer and I want to be prepared. I will share what I get pitched at.

My family owns in 142-100, we were offered $2000/acre 21% for 3 years.
