I just learned Travis Peak Resources and TPR Mid-Continent, LLC have been acquired by Paloma Resources. Travis had planned on drilling a horizontal well on sections we have leases but have sense learned Paloma has no plans at least in 2019 to drill. Does anyone have any experience with Paloma?

cc500, my family owns mineral rights in 17-9N-8W that was also included in the OCC application to drill sections 17 & 20. I just found the dismissal request dated 3/19/2019. My research a month ago found that TPR MID-CONTINENT had been sold to Paloma Resources. Could we discuss the lease terms that you received?
I looked up our case and there is no dismissal on the docket.
