Yes, they have been around for a while under several names.
Are they actual producers? Apparently there are numerous LLCs under the banner. I have been asked to provide my consent (which will not unreasonably be withheld) to an assignment of a lease to them by Continental. I don’t want to be stuck with a claim for unpaid royalties. The LLC Business plan can be pump-and-run.
