I have an oil company wanting to put a pad site on my land to drill a horizontal well under a town on the Section catercorner to mine. There is also a new pipeline right beside the proposed pad site that I assume they could tie into. What could I expect to get paid for this site? How do I value it? And what do I need to request as far as other restrictions and compensation?
