Hello Dave, The legislative work continues behind the scenes at a brisk pace in Pennsylvania even though it may seem quiet. HB 557 was introduced in the 2017-2018 session, it did not get a vote by the end of the session so as with all bills not passed it must be reintroduced in the 2019-2020 session. Whether the exact bill in reintroduced or one with new language it would need to be assigned a new bill number so stay tuned, the wheels are turning in the capital. PA Attorney General Josh Shaprio continues with the suit in Bradford County against Chesapeake and Anadarko, the most recent action in Commonwealth Court allowed the case to continue in Bradford County Court.
