I recently received from Diamondback a Texas RRC Form P-17 Texas Exception to Rules 26 / 27 Commingle Permit Application on an interest applicable to Ward County Block 34, Sections 99 - 101.

Does this pertain only to casing-head gas produced (and associated liquids) and not straight oil production?

Can anyone shed some light or thoughts?

Most likely refers to any products coming up out of the hole(s). Is there a product code on the form?
