Is there any way to find out if XTO has the deep rights in Survey H & TC Co Abstract 165 Section 41 Block 33 Ward County, Texas District 8? We are royalty owners in Section 41 and noticed XTO drilling in the deep rights zones in the sections next to 41 but Shell isn’t permitting any new options in the deep zones so, wondered if XTO made a deal for the deep rights in Section 41. If there is a way to find out the details please let me know.
