Has anyone else leased with OXY had any problems with them? I know of several lawsuits with OXY in Crockett, Pecos, and I think Val Verde or Terrell. They have production in the JM field in Crockett County but have quit paying for the CO2. The lease specifically calls for paying for other minerals. The person who had the lease said they used to pay for the CO2 and sometimes it was more than the gas.
I was wondering if anyone else has had problems with OXY. My attorney sent them a letter and they basically told him if we did not like it just sue them.
