There exist anin active 5-1/2" od pipe that crosses the creek, I trying to locate owner of the line. No sure when it was set in there but the ells part West Edmond Lime Unit.
If you give the section, township and range, plus the name of the creek that would be more helpful.
Section 21-13N-4W Oklahoma. County, Ok at one time part of the WEHLU. I have tried this pipe removed for over 6 to 7 years. Contacted ORRB and OCC. Dangerous for a kid to walk it and slip and fall. The creek is Spring Creek.

Yes a typo on my behalf the OERB is aware of this issue for over 6 years dragging there feet!!!
Have you contacted the operator who may be able to put you in touch with who actually owns the pipeline? Might be them or someone else.
