I became my mother's legal heir and sent my paperwork to Owl Creek LLC Houston and thought this was taken care of ( 2 years ago)- I never received any invoice for back taxes owed or anything like I received from another company- I called twice and the last time Mr. Ezell brushed me off and said he would get back to me. He did not -my aunt is on the same well and receives royalties, but I don't.
At this point there may be just not enough in royalties to fuss over but I would like to know what is going on. A lawyer at this time is financially prohibitive - any ideas or input would be appreciated.
