I became my mother’s legal heir and sent my paperwork to Owl Creek LLC Houston and thought this was taken care of (2 years ago) - I never received any invoice for back taxes owed or anything like I received from another company. I called twice and the last time Mr. Ezell brushed me off and said he would get back to me. He did not. My aunt is on the same well and receives royalties, but I don’t.
At this point there may be just not enough in royalties to fuss over but I would like to know what is going on. A lawyer at this time is financially prohibitive - any ideas or input would be appreciated.
