Hi! Any information on activity or expected production start date here 20 8N 4W: FOSTER 0804 2-5H-20X (API# 35087223770000) was permitted on 2022-07-27 by OVINTIV USA INC.
I have interests coming when I eventually gain title to minerals in section 20 & 29 but have not managed to get any information from Ovintiv if they have started drilling yet.

Type in Foster 2H and 3H have spud. Form 1000 is the permit. Form 1001A is the spud. Form 1002A will be the completion. You will have to scroll to the right to get the dates.

I find that 2 of the 4 original permits 4H and 5H have been cancelled and that 2 and 3H are in progress. Thanks again! R
Takes four or five months to drill a mutli-unit horizontal so maybe a bit more with two of them. Then four months before a completion will be posted. So probably a year from spud before you find any updates on completion. They will most likely frack them at the same time.
Just established title to minerals from Foster well. Is there ever a new lease done when new horizonal wells are drilled?
Once a lease is extended beyond its primary term by production, it remains in effect as long as there is production. There are exceptions Based on terms of the lease.
