Overriding Royalty in a Unit

I inherited, in 2006, overriding royalty in 2 wells in the World West Strawn Unit in Crockett County. One of the wells was plugged in 2013, while the other shows to be “shut in”. I have contacted the current operator/payor, but the gentleman I talked to seems to be giving me the “run around”.

My question is, should I be receiving royalty from the Unit’s remaining producing wells?

Property Name on my latest division order, from the previous payor in 2021, is World West Strawn Unit, Tract 8
