I am 89 years old and wish to sell outright the mineral rights for the following parcel of land in Roosevelt County, Montana.
Township 30 North, Range 58 East of Montana Principal Meridian Section 10: South (S 1/2) Section 15: East Half (E 1/2), North West Quarter (NW 1/4)
I own the perpetual mineral rights for only seven (7) undivided acres in this 800-acre plot. I have ingress and egress rights at all times. I have never seen this parcel of land but have been told that it is a “pivotal parcel.” whatever that means.
