Just looked on ENVERUS - VTx has permitted and drilled multiple horizontals in this immediate area over the past 2-3 years.

VTX has been sending checks. It went from Parsley to Continental to VTX. We have received payments for 7 plus years.
I think it is for 4303H.

Looking like those two N-S Ranger laterals are in the latter stages of production right now.
Based on ENVERUS production info, production is in the 50-60 BO per day range with insignificant gas and lots of water (300-600 bbls per day).
Production could stay at this rate for an extensive time frame.
