Have been approached to sell ORR in Sections 9-T18S-R32E and 26-T19S-R33E. Just wanting to know price and activity in the area
I see new horizontal permits all around 26-19S-33E. Hot area, of course they would want to buy you out. Cannot comment on prices.
Matador just permitted two new horizontal wells in 8 going into 9-18S-32E.
Horizontals usually make a whole lot more in royalties than verticals because so much more footage is perforated.
