My question is if I have an ORR in Formation A in a vertical well in Section 1, does this ORR also apply to any new horizontal wells drilled in Section 1 but completed in Formation B? Another words does my ORR apply to all future new completed formations in the same section even though my current well is not yet completed in these new formations?
Read the ORRI reservation or conveyance. Is it specific to a lease, a wellbore or a formation? There in lies your answer.
