It depends on what Continental was asking for. The heading on the document should include a line stating Relief Sought: _________________. Whatever fills in the blank is what they were asking for. Could be they no longer want to drill the well, or they have everyone’s consent and no longer need a court order to do what they were asking for.
Continental was asking to change the spacing from 640.00 acre for the Mississippi & Woodford in this section to 1280 acre spacing with this section and Section 19. That has been dismissed.
