Grady County Section 33, Township 5N, Range 5W. We hold non operated 26 % WI in wells operated by PO&G. We sent 3 certified letters over the past 6 months requesting pay out statements for the penalty balances for wells we went non consent on. They have not resopnded. Prior operators have given us the accounting, but since 2019 the current operator PO&G has not provide the pay out balances. Does anyone have any suggestions on how we can get them to respond without going through the attorneys. Under the JOA they are required to give us the information.
