hello im trying to get ahold of a operator working out of midland texas. i found a division order from a permian transport & trading with kevin o. butler as the operator.. if anyone knows how to get ahold of him either thru his office number or email for him please let me know. ive been unable to get a reply from him when calling the number i found which may be a old number please help.
