What recourse do I have as a mineral owner for oil runs not paid for before and after operator filing chapter 11 bankruptcy. Operator skipped payments for three producing months and then starting paying for monthly runs following skip period.
I had contacted the operator requesting payment for three months via certified letter with no response Operator has now filled Chapter 11. What step if any at this point should I take?
