Online maps

Hello- I'm trying to find online maps of mineral acreage in several counties that my family has mineral interests in (McMullen, Live Oak, La Salle and Webb counties). I know the Texas RRC has maps but they are often cumbersome to use, particularly if you only have abstract or section numbers for non-producing assets. any help appreciated.

Go to this You Tube page and look at this guys video. It helped me a lot. I also have leased land in LaSalle and McMullen Counties.

Go to You Tube and under search type in f4YIwFivoEY.

thanks but nothing is listed with that name

Sorry, I gave you the wrong You Tube address. It should be t4YIwfivoEY

I had the letters wrong. It should come up Texas Railroad Commission GIS Tutorial. See if this works.

The tutorial is also on the Forum page.

Hi, Have you tried courthousedirect.com it seems like a helpful site. I've never used the site but I do plan on using it in the near future.

Many thanks. On anther note does anyone know what the suffix "MCM" means after a well name operated by Chesapeake. I gather they have sold some wells to the Chinese and are talking about selling their interests in Mcmullen.
