Our family has been approached by OneOK for a right of way agreement in Custer County, OK.

What’s the going rate per rod in this area? Is there a way to look up what’s been paid through eminent domain?

Try looking up the University of Oklahoma and OSU sites to see what they have been paid. Wise to get an experienced surface attorney to look at any draft agreement to make sure that you get good language.
