Is there a place either on OCC or County District/Clerk Records where I can pull up an old OCC Forced Pooling Order?
Staghorn is the current Operator, but Dominion Oklahoma Texas E&P, Inc was the Drilling Operator. An Amended Division Order was issued by Linn Energy to me on 03-18-14.
My Dad was force pooled on this well in Caddo County Sec 29-10N-11W SE. The well name is GSA 1-29 with API #3501522821, Permit Approval Date 09-27-2004, Spud 10-29-2004, Drill Completion 11-29-2004, Well Completion 04-27-2005 and First Production 4-21-2005.
So my Dad passed in March of 2003, I never received any documents for either of us from any Oil/Gas Company. So the section was forced pooled, Pooling Order #495636. I guess the correct PO number would be #2004-495636.
I’ve gone onto OCC website with no success. E-mailed Staghorn who said the pooling order was 3/16th for 10NMA’s and that’s all they have offered other than the pooling order number. The production sheets with the royalty checks show all post production cost deducted prior to royalty payments, something my Dad or I would have never agreed to if we had been contacted.
All I’m trying to get is the Pooling Order from 2004 with the order details for my records. Just want to know if I can get a copy of that order and if so where. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
(Side Note: I wondered what GSA stood for, permit shows Girl Scouts of America. Well, Duh! Not as bright as I once was I guess LOL.)
