Inherited 30 odd parcels that have not generated any income in quite some time so I assume they are null and void. But, how do I find out? The parcels are in Vermillion and Tensas parishes. Should I call the county clerk and confirm my suspicions?
Is there a document filed when a mineral lease reverts to the surface owner?
